No Medical Exams Required. However, previous knowledge of any pre-existing illness must be disclosed by the member-applicant.
Ambulance Services during Emergency cases for both accident and Non-Accident Causes.
All Medical Reimbursement will require ORIGINAL OFFICIAL RECEIPTS. Medical Reimbursement does not include ROOM and Board.
Exclusion: Injuries and deaths due to War, Civil Strife, Rebellion, Coup d’ etat, Illegal and Self-inflicted Acts, Maternity Related, Chronic and Pre-existing Condition.
All application for Benefit Assistance are subject to review of the Benefit Assistance Committee.
SAGIP KA 2000 Foundation reserves the right to make adjustments in annual contributions. Benefit Assistance is based on the approved guidelines for a particular period the member is affiliated.
